• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
• There is no free trial. You are charged at the time of subscription.
• Billing errors (duplicate charges, charges after cancellation) are corrected in full. Contact us within 30 days.
• Coaches use the platform at no cost and have no refund path.
